Stepping away from our usual sour style, this collaboration with Brew Toon is a light and fruity fusion of zesty lemon, tangy grapefruit, and sweet pineapple brewed to a super sessionable strength. Saphir hops round out the flavour adding a hint of citrus and subtle floral notes.
