Kasteel Rubus Framboise is a full-bodied beer with a delicate, sparkling light pink head. While the ripe raspberries stimulate the senses, a light malty undertone stands out on the nose. The flavour is perfectly balanced between the sweet ripe fruits and the slight bitter undertones. The fruity finish makes for an overall easy-drinking beer.
