Newcastle's - or more specifically, Byker's - Two by Two are no strangers to having other breweries pitch up in the hope of co-creating something hoppy, hazy and highly drinkable. On this occasion we insisted they came to us to make some magic with one of Yakima Chief's newest hops.
Krush is without doubt one of the most tropical fruit-forward hops we have ever brewed with, and together - like a pair of flavour pioneers - set about collaborating on this tropical juice bomb. To accentuate those big tropical flavours we gave the beer a big pillowy oaty body while ensuring there was enough bitterness to deliver maximum drinkability.
