The brewery say:
A rustic hoppy pale ale brewed with loads of rye and wheat. Meslin was hopped in the kettle with some English & European hop favourites, before fermentati9on with an ester forward super fruity yeast strain and finally a generous dry hopping with some really lovely strata hops. We’re getting notes of passionfruit, melon & apricot with a moreish bitter finish.
