The brewery say:
Jambe-de-Bois is a generously hopped Tripel. Blonde, absolutely balanced, and seductive: the alcohol is never aggressive, which makes it dangerously easy to drink. The fermentation aromas dominate, with notes of pear and ripe banana. The hops then develop with floral and spicy accents (white pepper, nutmeg). Its alcohol content makes it quite round, but the absence of residual sugars makes its finish dry and slightly bitter.
