Using premium sugarcane molasses and sugarcane honey, this is our boldest bottling yet. It’s double distilled and aged in hybrid oak casks: French oak tops for structure, American oak bodies for richness.
Our casks undergo the meticulous STR process (Shaved, Toasted, and Re-charred). This technique intensifies the interaction between spirit and wood, creating an uncompromising flavour profile that is rich, deep, and truly unique.
