More than just an oxymoron, this remarkable IPA is brewed with select roasted malts combined with Simcoe and Mosaic hops for a resinous and juicy tropical fruit flavour.
Dark malts added to the mash contribute inky black colour and light roasted notes, whilst retaining the character of an IPA.
