The 2nd in our Palindrome IPA series where we're exploring distinct but small changes in the same base recipe that we hope will shape each release into its own unique expression of IPA.
This time round we've fermented our IPA recipe with a Kveik yeast strain isolated from the Hornindial region in Norway. Kveik yeasts are typically known for producing very fruity beers along with some funkier flavours that make them all their own.
So this is the same as our last Palindrome release...But not.
