Oscillator is a Doppelbock, a collab with Berliner Berg Brewery.
It’s a bigger version of a classic Bock, ours is layered with German malts alongside some of the UK’s best hop varieties and fermented with our house Lager yeast.
It’s clean, malty with a rolling earthy bitterness.
